On Sept 28, InnoLab Chief Consultant, Prof. Kai Yang hosted an Italian business executives delegation in U.S. This delegation is visiting USA to learn how lean, Six Sigma and innovation be used in business practice, they visited MIT, IBM, Delphi, Wayne University and Henry Ford Hospital. Prof. Yang gave them a two-hour presentation about Lean, Six Sigma, DFSS and also service industry applications. Prof. Yang¡¯s talk was very well received and some Italian professors will work with him to write a DFSS book in Italian and develop Italian version of DFSS. |
