The 2008 InnoClub March gathering officially booted up with the enthusiastic opening speech delivered by Kira & Lloyd from InnoLab. Besides, Bart Huthwaite was invited to chair the Club activity as the special guest. The 26 attendees of the gathering are all experts in R&D field. During the process of the activity, they are divided into 4 groups. All of them were asked to use CUBE as a tool under Bart¡¯s guidance, and had an in-depth discussion about the Lean Innovation issues. The 4 groups individually chose auto or mobile phone as the objects of study, and they analyzed the core value in the transaction of products. Moreover, by discussing with each other, the attendees also tried to find out the waste may be produced during the process of innovation. After 2 hours fast-paced brainstorming, the Club members also enjoyed 1 hour¡¯s relaxing communication session with soft music and a delicious buffet. In the routine ending part, 2 winners from Rotam and Huntsman won the prize in the luckydraw.
